Pricing Plans
MIDA offers four plans built around how much traffic you have and how deeply you want to understand your store’s behavior. All plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contract — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Which plan is right for me?
Section titled “Which plan is right for me?”Every store is at a different stage. Here’s a quick guide to where most merchants start.
Free — You’re just getting started. Best if you have a new store or lower traffic and you’re getting familiar with analytics tools. You want to see what users are doing — replays, heatmaps, the basic funnel — without being overwhelmed by advanced features. A great way to get comfortable with behavior data and try AI session summaries for the first time.
Basic — You want to understand the “why.” Best if you’re already comfortable with the tool and your traffic is steady or growing. You’re no longer just watching replays — you want to know why visitors behave the way they do, start grouping users by behavior, and read higher-level insights. Adds bounce tracking, advanced filters, AI Assistant, and AI reports.
Growth — You’re actively optimizing. Best if you understand your data and you’re ready to act on it. You’re improving conversion, testing changes, and measuring impact. Adds Revenue Click tracking and Conversion Heatmaps so you can connect specific elements to actual revenue and validate what’s working.
Enterprise — You’re operating at scale. Best for larger brands and Shopify Plus stores with high traffic and a dedicated analytics team. You need deep tracking (especially checkout), the ability to process large volumes of data, bulk operations, and API access for your own reporting.

AI Assistant add-on
Section titled “AI Assistant add-on”The AI Assistant is available as an add-on on top of your plan. Pricing depends on your plan tier:
- Basic — +$5/month
- Growth — +$10/month
- Enterprise — +$15/month
It powers faster analysis — surfacing friction points, generating recommendations, and helping you read behavior data without digging through every session.
Storage & data retention
Section titled “Storage & data retention”There are two different types of storage, and they’re often confused:
- Replay / heatmap storage — how long your session recordings and heatmaps are kept. Ranges from 30 days (Free) to 60 days (paid plans).
- Analytics storage — your aggregated analytics data is kept for the lifetime of your account on all plans.
So even after individual recordings expire, your high-level analytics history remains.
