Cancel & Uninstall
We provide a free trial period for you to test MIDA. If you uninstall the app or downgrade to the Free plan before your trial ends, Shopify won’t bill you for a paid MIDA subscription.
Once the trial period ends, you’ll be billed for your current MIDA subscription through your Shopify invoice. Uninstalling the app cancels future subscription charges, but you’re still responsible for the app charge for the current billing period, and Shopify doesn’t automatically issue a refund or credit for the remaining time in that period.
You can change your plan at any time from the Pricing Plans page in the app’s menu. When you change plans during a billing period, Shopify’s billing system can automatically handle proration.
If you’d like to stop paid billing but keep using MIDA, you can downgrade to the Free plan. This keeps your account active with core features, subject to the Free plan’s limits.
