AI Assistant
AI Assistant is your built-in analytics companion inside MIDA. Instead of digging through dashboards, recordings, and heatmaps yourself, you can simply ask questions in plain language and get instant answers about your store’s performance, customer behavior, and conversion opportunities.
AI Assistant understands your store’s data, so it can summarize sessions, surface friction points, recommend optimizations, and help you decide what to improve next.
Step 1: Click the AI Assistant icon from the app’s main menu.
Step 2: The AI Assistant chat screen will open, ready for your questions.
Using AI Assistant
Section titled “Using AI Assistant”Suggested questions
Section titled “Suggested questions”When you first open AI Assistant, you’ll see a list of suggested questions under “Suggestions on what to ask MIDA AI”. These help you get started quickly without typing anything.
Examples of suggestions:
- What were the total number of sessions yesterday?
- Which one of my products is performing the best?
- How can I drive more engagement to key conversion buttons?
- What pages should I be concerned about right now?
Click any suggestion card to send it instantly.
Asking your own question
Section titled “Asking your own question”Type any question about your store into the message box at the bottom of the screen, then press Enter or click the send button.
You can ask about things like:
- Analytics: sessions, visitors, top pages, locations, device breakdown
- Conversion: order funnel, drop-off points, best-performing products
- Behavior: where users click, scroll, or get frustrated
- Recommendations: what to improve to increase conversions

Reading the answer
Section titled “Reading the answer”AI Assistant replies with a clear, easy-to-understand answer based on your store’s real data. Where relevant, it will also include actionable recommendations so you know what to do next, not just what happened.
AI-generated content may be incorrect, so we recommend reviewing important insights against your dashboard data before making major decisions.
