Welcome to MIDA! We offer a range of pricing plans tailored to suit your needs, whether you run a small business or lead a larger enterprise. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our pricing plans:
- Free Plan:
Our Free Plan is perfect for new stores or businesses with low traffic who are just getting started with analytics. If you want to see how visitors interact with your store through replays and heatmaps — without diving into complex data — this is the right starting point.
This plan offers up to 300 monthly sessions, along with live recordings, all heatmaps, cart & checkout tracking, funnel analytics, AI session summaries, 30-day replay data storage, and lifetime analytics data storage.
- Basic Plan ($9.9/mo):
Our Basic Plan is designed for merchants who are more familiar with the tool and have stable, growing traffic. If you want to go beyond just watching replays and start understanding why visitors behave the way they do — filtering by segments, spotting patterns, and reading high-level insights — this plan is built for you.
It includes all features in the Free Plan, plus up to 5,000 monthly sessions, bounce tracking, advanced filters, priority support, AI email report, AI analytics summaries, 30 AI session summaries, and 60-day heatmap data storage with lifetime analytics storage.
An AI Assistant add-on is available for an additional +$5/mo.
- Growth Plan ($24.9/mo):
Our Growth Plan is for merchants who already understand their data and are ready to actively optimize for conversion. If you have a growth mindset and want to test UX changes, measure their impact, and focus specifically on what drives purchases, this is the plan for you.
It includes all features in the Basic Plan, plus up to 15,000 monthly sessions, revenue click tracking, conversion heatmaps, priority support, 90 AI session summaries, 60-day heatmap data storage, and lifetime analytics storage.
An AI Assistant add-on is available for an additional +$10/mo.
- Enterprise Plan ($44.9/mo):
Our Enterprise Plan is built for large brands and Shopify Plus stores with high traffic and dedicated analytics needs. If your team needs deep checkout tracking, bulk data operations, and AI-powered insights to support strategic decisions at scale, this plan has everything you need.
It includes all features in the Growth Plan, plus up to 40,000 monthly sessions, checkout recording (Shopify Plus only), API data export, bulk heatmap export, priority support, unlimited AI session summaries, 60-day heatmap data storage, and lifetime analytics storage.

All of our paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, so you can try out MIDA and see if it’s the right fit for your business. To subscribe to a paid plan, simply login to MIDA, navigate to the Pricing Page from the Navigation Bar, choose the plan that best suits your needs, and click “Subscribe.”
