Fraud Orders

Columns include:

  • Last Access β†’ When the order was placed.
  • Order ID β†’ Unique order identifier.
  • Order Type β†’ Risk level: None, Low, Medium, High.
  • Visitor IP β†’ IP used to place the order.
  • Total Price β†’ Order value.
  • IP Score β†’ Reputation score for the IP.
  • Detection β†’ Traffic type (Proxy, VPN, etc.).
  • Order Score β†’ Fraud score calculated by system.
  • Action β†’ Apply enforcement to visitor IP.

  • None β†’ No risk detected.
  • Low risk β†’ Likely safe.
  • Medium risk β†’ Some suspicious signals, review before fulfillment.
  • High risk β†’ Strong indicators of fraud, do not fulfill without verification.

Same as in Visitors:

  • Clean β†’ No suspicious signals.
  • Proxy β†’ Using anonymous proxy.
  • VPN β†’ Browsing through a VPN.
  • Compromised β†’ Known compromised IP.
  • Scraper β†’ Automated scraping detected.
  • Tor β†’ Connected via TOR anonymity network.
  • Hosting β†’ IP belongs to hosting/cloud provider.

  • Filter by Date Range, Total Price, Detection, IP Score.
  • Search by IP or Order ID.

From the Action column, you can:

  • Block Visitor IP β†’ Adds the IP that placed the order to your Blacklist immediately. Future visits from this IP will be denied or redirected according to your rules.
  • This prevents repeat fraud attempts from the same source.

Currently, Actions are limited to blocking visitor IPs. Planned features will include auto-cancel high risk orders and conditional checkout blocking.


  • Always review High Risk orders β†’ block the visitor IP if fraudulent.
  • Place Medium Risk orders on hold for manual verification.
  • Keep exporting fraud order logs for compliance and deeper analysis.
