# What is a quick back?

Quick back is created when a user navigated to your online store then quickly returned to the previous page (the entry point).

Sessions of quick backs are less then 1 second, leading the duration to display as 00:00:00.

We record quick backs which are created when users click on ads for you to view and track more information. These sessions are not counted in your monthly quota/session limit and will be deleted after 7 days.
