# View Survey Analytics

### **To view analytics of a survey in MIDA, please follow these steps:**

**Step 1:** Make sure that the Online surveys are activated.

**Step 2:** Click on button **Analytics** in the **Surveys** table.

**Step 3:** Explore the information of that Survey.

3.1. Multiple choice Survey:

3.1.1. Summary:

You can see the Dashboard Summary of Survey with the number of:

* Response rate: the percentage of visitors who entered your online store and answered the question of survey.
* Visitors reached: the number of visitors who saw the survey on your online store.
* Number of responses: the number of visitors who answered the question of survey.
* Responses: a line chart illustrating the number of responses over time.
* Multiple choices: a pie chart illustrating total choices since the survey created. Once you edit choices, you can see the data of only Current choices by clicking on the button **Show Current choices**.

3.1.2. Visitors:

* Status: Completed (visitor submited the survey), Dismissed (visitor viewed the survey but dismiss it), Viewed (visitor viewed the survey but had no actions then redirect to other pages).
* Choices: list of choices that the visitor selected.
* Once the visitors were deleted (visitors have not active for the last 2 months), you cannot watch the corresponding recordings of those answers.

3.1.3. Additional feedback:

* Filter feedback by date by clicking on the Calendar.
* Search feedback by visitor ID.
* Click on **View details** to see more information. Click on **Play** to play the session of that feedback.

3.2. Like or Dislike Survey:

3.2.1. Summary:

You can see the Dashboard Summary of Survey with the number of:

* Response rate: the percentage of visitors who entered your online store and answered the question of survey.

* Like: the number of visitors who chose Like for the survey.
* Dislike: the number of visitors who chose Dislike for the survey.
* A line graph illustrates Responses over time.

3.2.2. Visitors:

* Status: Completed (visitor did the survey), Dismissed (visitor viewed the survey but dismiss it), Viewed (visitor viewed the survey but had no actions then redirect to other pages).
