# Can I change my plan?

Sure thing. You can change your plan at **any time** if you find a better solution within our features for your business.

Go to **MIDA Recording Replay, Heatmap** app > **Pricing plan** > **Subscribe to your desired plan.**

Please note that if you downgrade your pricing plan, visitors' data can be affected according to visitor quota of the new subscribed plan. Existing recordings will still be available but only last active visitors can be continued to record if the number of visitors exceed the new plan quota.

If you have any questions regarding billing issues, please visit [**Shopify App charges**](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps#app-prorating-upgrades-and-downgrades) or contact **Shopify Customer Support** first because Shopify manages your billing since we do not have any authority over this.
